Whats New For 2010

2009 has certainly brough Universal Action Travel many changes. Our company which specializes in Florida/Bahamas holiday has received a new website facelift, redesigned its reservation procedures and restructured its internal and customer service policies, and even opened a Facebook and Twitter account for our travelers to follow us on. While 2009 was a busy year, 2010 is looking even busier.

We have received many calls to our offices about the easiness and challenges our system has provided to travelers, but for 2010 we have set more goals that will in the long run be more efficient, travel friendlier and allow our corporation to expand as the economy recovers and more and more people begin traveling.

While we are not openly disclosing what exactly we have in the works, we can reassure you that we are ready to introduce something that will certainly be different from what other travel companies are offering, and with your support and guidance, we will achieve 110% customer satisfaction.

So while none of us know what 2010 will hold, one thing we know for sure. Universal Action Travel continues to expand its operations and in the process we will keep customer service and satisfaction in the forefront regardless of what corporate and industry standards are. We will not only go above and beyond in the next coming year but with your patronage and support, we will make our corporation one that will stand out in the travel industry.
